DORA 2008 is consisted of one semi-final and one final evening. 14 songs in the semi-finals have been selected on the public tender procedure. 6 of them will make it to the finals by televoting only (songs that qualified for the finals are marked with yellow). Score in the semi-final evening states the number of phone calls.  
10 songs, directly placed in the finals, have been selected in the restricted tender procedure.
In case 2 songs have the same number of points in the finals, the one with higher jury points will win. Jury is consisted of 5 members.
Song "Milina" by Dino and Bane has been disqualified due to the breach of the contract with the Croatian Television (HRT).
